Our Staffing Model
We recruit, train, and manage staff
Teams operate within structured systems and supervision
Clients provide direction on priorities and tasks
We ensure execution, continuity, and replacement when needed
You focus on strategy. We handle execution.
Our Responsibility
We are responsible for:
Providing trained and capable professionals
Maintaining structure, workflows, and accountability
Monitoring performance and improving systems
Acting in good faith to support your operations
We don’t just provide people—we deliver managed execution.
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
Provide clear instructions and expectations
Use platforms in compliance with their policies
Ensure accuracy of shared information
Avoid misuse of services for unethical or restricted activities
Strong results require aligned responsibility on both sides.
Platform & eCommerce Reality
When working with platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy:
We apply proven systems and best practices
We work to reduce risk and maintain account health
However:
Platforms operate independently
Policies may change at any time
Final decisions remain with the platform
We act responsibly—but we do not control external systems.
Access & System Handling
Clients may grant access to accounts, payment systems, and internal tools.
We handle all access with structured processes and internal controls.
However, all access carries some level of risk, and both parties must remain aware.
Payments & Financial Terms
Fees are agreed upon in advance
Payments may be made via Payoneer, Airwallex, bank transfer, or similar methods
Timely payments ensure uninterrupted service
We aim to keep all financial processes simple and transparent.
Payment Disputes
In case of concerns:
Direct communication is expected first
We are committed to fair resolution
Unresolved chargebacks or disputes without prior discussion may result in service suspension.
Employee Access & Risk Balance
Our team works within your systems to deliver results.

Train and supervise staff
Follow structured operational processes
Monitor performance consistently

These obligations continue even after the working relationship ends.

We do not guarantee outcomes such as sales or profits, as they depend on external factors.
However, we take full ownership of the work we deliver.
Limitation of Liability
We operate with professionalism and accountability.
However, liability is limited to the total value of services provided, in line with standard industry practice.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with reasonable notice.
