Introduction

At GRS, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining transparency in all engagements. This policy outlines how refunds are handled across our services.

 

Service-Based Work (E-commerce, Account Management, Operations)

  • Due to the nature of time-based and effort-driven services, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

     

  • If a client is not satisfied, we encourage raising concerns immediately so we can review, revise, or improve the work.

     

  • In cases where services have not yet started, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

 

Remote Staffing & Recruitment Services

      • Recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts involve significant time and resources.

      • Once a candidate has been shortlisted or hired, fees are non-refundable.

      If a placed candidate leaves within an agreed initial period (if applicable), we may offer a replacement or partial service credit, based on prior agreement.

 

Monthly / Retainer-Based Services

  • Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • Clients may choose to cancel or pause services for the next billing cycle with prior notice.

 

Platform Risks (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)

  • While we follow best practices and proven strategies, marketplace actions (suspensions, restrictions, fees, etc.) are beyond our control.

  • Therefore, no refunds will be issued for losses, fees, or account actions initiated by third-party platforms.

 

Payment Disputes

  • We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any issues before initiating disputes.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension of services and restriction of future engagement.

 

Exceptional Cases

  • We value long-term relationships. In genuine cases, we may offer goodwill refunds, credits, or adjustments at our discretion.
